Here you can buy passes and tickets, which are valid on Carris and rechargeable on their electronic supports: Lisboa Viva card, 7 Colinas card and Viva Viagem. You may also require here Lisboa Viva card with normal delivery period (10 working days). It is possible to solve functional problems on Lisboa Viva, 7 Colinas or Viva Viagem cards in these posts as well as getting some information about Carris transport service.

Here you can get passes, with or without sticker, rechargeable on Lisboa Viva card and rechargeable tickets on 7 Colinas card. You may also exchange a 7 Colinas or Viva Viagem card for one zone ticket valid on Carris.

You can buy passes and electronic rechargeable tickets on Lisboa Viva and 7 Colinas cards (valid only on Carris or Carris and Metro) here. The following post offices also sell and charge pass stickers: Carnide, Terreiro do Paço, S. João de Brito, Loja do Cidadão (Laranjeiras), Chiado, Socorro e Gare do Oriente.

It is possible to recharge electronic passes, valid on Carris, Metro, TT and SL, on the entire ATM network in Portugal Continental. Your pass must have been charged on Lisboa Viva card, at least once, if you want to recharge it at an ATM. If you have any problem doing an ATM charging, please contact Carris, Metro or Transtejo client support service.
