Our customer's opinion is very important for improving the quality of our services.

Until April 14, we provide an inquiry into the quality of the service provided by Carris.

This survey is the responsibility of the International Bus Benchmarking Group (IBBG) and is simultaneously available in other international operators to also measure the satisfaction of its customers.
