Celebrate with us  the 109th anniversary of Santa Justa Lift
On the 10th July travel on Santa Justa Lift and get your ticket with the franchise-mail (postal stationery), for circulation throughout the country. This will be on sale on this day, between 14 and 17 hours. This postcard was designed by Francisco Galamba, has a circulation of 15,000 copies and is on sale for € 0.32, available at post offices.
Find also exclusive stamps, issued by CTT, which aim to celebrate the anniversary of each of the funiculars.

History of Santa Justa Lift
Santa Justa Lift was opened on July 10th 1902 and is the only vertical lift in Lisbon that provides a public service.
It´s a work of architect Raoul Mesnier du Ponsard, with a cast iron frame, enriched with filigree.
In 2002 was classified as National Monument.
