Through an informal (non-judicial), confidential and swift process free of charge, the Customer Ombudsman of Transportes de Lisboa aims to defend and promote the legitimate rights and interests of users of the services provided by Carris, Metropolitano de Lisboa and Transtejo Group (Transtejo e Soflusa), thus strengthening the relationship of mutual trust between all parties.
