Complaints about our service may be made in writing in the following ways:

Send an email to, as follows:
- In "Subject", place the theme of the recovery (schedules, routes, transport titles, among others);
- In the Body of  the e-mail put: name and surname of the claimant, telephone contact (optional) and description of the complaint.
