Charging your Lisboa Viva card at an ATM is convenient and very simple.

The step-by-step demo above shows the procedures you should take to recharge your Lisboa Viva card in one of the automatic machines of ATM network.

  STEP 1:  

Insert your card and enter your pin.

  STEP 2: 

Select the operation you want to run. With some alterations, the usual screen sequence is:
  1. Pagamentos e Outros Serviços
  2. Transportes
  3. Carregamento de Títulos de Transporte

  STEP 3: 

Remove your credit card when you are asked to and insert your Lisboa Viva card.




  STEP 4: 

Select the type of title and the month to charge. Then choose whether you want your fiscal id on the receipt or not.



  STEP 5:  

If you want your fiscal number on the receipt, insert it now. Then confirm all the information inserted.



  STEP 6: 

Remove your Lisboa Viva card and the receipt.



The process is now complete.
